The soil profile is from the Amman Baccalaureate School, www.abs.edu.jo located in the Western north part of Amman, Jordan. The vegetation in this part of Jordan is temperate forests and grasslands, and in other parts of Jordan are deserts.


The GLOBE team is:

  • Fadi Tleel: Land Cover group leader (student at ABS)
  • Sudqi Abu Shakra: Atmosphere group leader (student at ABS)
  • Mohammed El Assaf: hydrology group leader

Here is a report of satellite image analysis of Amman Baccalaureate School's LANDSAT image using the Multispec Program.
