Cosmetics

Did you know that soils are used to make cosmetics and other personal care products? Kaolin and bentonite are two clays commonly used by cosmetic manufacturers as a neutral base to which pigments and oils are added. In addition, throughout the centuries people have used white, red, green, and grey clay mud masks and mud baths to cleanse, soothe, and heal. Check out the links below to learn more!
